1. Shipping

1.1 What does shipping cost?

Standard shipping within Germany is free of charge from an order value of 220 € (net). For an order value of less than € 220 (net), € 9.90 shipping costs apply.

1.2 How will my order be shipped?

Your order is securely packed by us and then starts its journey to you with our shipping partners DHL or DB Schenker. Particularly large and bulky products are sent to the kerbside by forwarding agent. When shipping by forwarding agent, the forwarding agent will make an appointment with you in advance by telephone.

1.3 Delivery and installation service

If you wish, we can bring your ice cream machine, soft ice cream machine, pasteuriser etc. directly to you, put it into operation professionally and show you how it works. This service is carried out directly by our technical staff on a date agreed with you.

The all-inclusive price is € 290 plus travel costs (€ 1.0 per kilometre of one-way travel). Hoses and sealants for professional connection to the on-site media lines* are included. The availability of a sufficient quantity of basic materials suitable for the operation of the machine (e.g. ice mix for ice machines) is a prerequisite.

*The media lines must be in the immediate vicinity (hose length max. 2 m) and freely accessible. If adjustments, such as increasing the power protection, are necessary, these must be completed before the agreed delivery and connection date. Please refer to the technical data for the necessary technical requirements for smooth operation of the machine or contact us.

1.4 When will my order arrive?

Most of the products offered are in stock. We will dispatch the goods within the next three working days after receipt of payment for your order. For the delivery time, please consider the note on the respective product detail page. Please note that shipping items may have a longer delivery time than normal parcels. If you have opted for the personal delivery and connection service, a prompt delivery date will be agreed with you. If possible, everything will be delivered in one shipment.

1.5 Can I send my order to another address?

We are also happy to send your goods to a different delivery address. When placing your order, simply enter the desired address where you would like to receive your shipment.

1.6 Is there a tracking system?

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number - if the courier provides one. You can check the shipment status via the link provided there. Your ordered goods will be shipped insured.

Delivery to a Packstation within Germany is currently not yet possible..

1.9 Shipping outside Germany?

Shipping outside Germany is currently not yet possible via our shop. In this case, please contact us before purchasing and we will inform you of the individual shipping costs immediately.

Both delivery conditions and prices apply only to shipping within Germany (German mainland). Special conditions apply to deliveries to islands and abroad. In case of delivery delays, we will inform you immediately by email.
